Have a Screaming Good Time!
Hello and welcome!!
This time I'm sharing a fun and colorful birthday card with cute monsters from Your Next Stamp.
First, I stamped all the images and colored them using my colored pencils.
Then, I die cut the circles and ink sponged them using Distress Inks and glued them to the card base and trimmed off the excess.
After that, I heat embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder and then attached it with foam adhesive. Finally, I glued the monsters and added googly eyes to the bottom rigth monster.
I LOVE this card so much, it makes me smile!!
Here's my card...

Give Thanks!
Hello and welcome!! Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving.
I made a card to celebrate Thanksgiving (one of my favorite holidays).
The polka dots background, the word 'thanks' and the edge of the leave were gold heat embossed and the pretty colors on that leave were created blending some distress inks.
Here's my card...

Christmas Candlelight
Hello and welcome!!
For today's post I made a Christmas card, which is clean & simple, and one layer.
I used the stamp named Christmas Candlelight from Elizabeth Craft Designs, and colored it with colored pencils. The sentiment was stamped with black ink and then heat embossed using clear embossing powder. I mixed gesso and a bit of water for the white splashes.

Sealed with a Kiss!
Hello and welcome!
Today I'm sharing another love card, which is simple and easy to make.
First, I stamped the kisses using Versamark ink.
Then die cut a heart from white cardstock and stamped the 'muah!' using black ink. After that, stamped the red kiss and clear heat embossed it to create the glossy lips effect.
Finally, glued the heart in the center of the card base using foam adhesive.

Guest Designer - Inkspirational Challenge #124
Hello and welcome!!
I'm honored and excited to be the Guest Designer for Inkspirational Challenge #124.
This week is a Color challenge using Neutrals Only
My project for this challenge is a Christmas card using the colors: gray and white.
Here is my card...
As this is a Christmas card, I needed to add a bit of sparkle, so the ribbon was the perfect touch.
I love how this card turned out, so I used this design for my Christmas cards 2016.
I made them in red and green, and they look as pretty as the gray version.
Here's a look...
How to make this card:
1. Form a card base from gray cardstock and stamp the stars using white pigment ink.
2. Die cut a stitched rectangle panel and heat embossed the sentiment and the tree.
3. Adhere the ribbon to the stitched panel and the die cut star to the tree.
4.Adhere the panel to the card base with foam adhesive.
For more inspiration from the Design Team head over to Inkspirational Challenge blog, and I hope you'll play along, too!!
Have a great day and thanks so much for visiting!!

Raquel

Birthday Wishes Tag
Hello and welcome!!
Today I'm sharing a cute tag that I made to play along with Tag You're It #56.
The inspiration tag for this challenge features gradient colors, gold, and a big bold sentiment. So I was inspired by those elements to create my tag.
For my tag... I stamped three chevron using three different tones of teal to give the gradient look.
I heat gold embossed the sentiment and then stamped three cute hearts using the same teal ink colors.
Here's my tag...
This is the inspiration tag:
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Peacock Feathers
Hello there! I've seem some cards on Instagram using the "camouflage" technique, which I really like and wanted to give it a try.
First, I stamped two peacock feathers and then die cut that section using a small stitched rectangle die. To make it pop out, I die cut the same rectangle several times, glued them together into the opening and adhered the original die-cut piece on top.
Then, I die cut the peacock from white cardstock and heat embossed it using green embossing powder for the body. For the tail I wanted a teal, and since I don't have that color, I created my own by mixing green and blue embossing powder.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment using red and orange ink to add a bit of color and to complement the teal color.
My card was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #171, and Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge this week the challenge is: Emboss it!
Here's my card...
Here is a better look of the tail and the color I managed to get by mixing green and blue embossing powder.
